Recognize a stop-use problem

A door hanging at an angle, a roller outside the track, a loose lifting cable or a bent track needs professional assessment. Keep people, pets and vehicles away from the opening. Do not repeatedly press the opener button, stand under the door or try to push the rollers back into place. Do not pull the emergency-release cord on an open or unstable door; it may move unexpectedly.

Why a cable problem is not always just a cable
